Code of Conduct

The 16th International Solar Wind (SW16) Conference SOC and LOC are committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all. This includes respectful treatment of everyone regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, body size, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, level of experience, political affiliation, as well as any other characteristic protected under state or federal law. Any individual covered by this policy who believes that he, she or their has been subjected to harassment should contact a member of the SW16 Steering Committee. The individual is encouraged to contact whichever member they are most comfortable with, including the SW16 Conference Lead, (Stuart Bale, bale@berkeley.edu). All reports will remain completely confidential. Anonymous reporting is also acceptable.

SW16 members will respect the intellectual property rights of others and follow best practices.

All participants are required to abide by this Code of Conduct and NSF’s anti-harassment policy.
